Hi Mateusz, thanks for letting us know. I briefly skimmed through the list of changes at https://github.com/apache/ode/compare/APACHE_ODE_1.3.4.X...ode-1.3.5.x but don't have a direct idea about what could cause these issues. Most of the non-ODE-876 related fixes are just of a cosmetic nature.
