I got the following error while I was building [1]

Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file
there:
mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=org.apache.axis2
-DartifactId=axis2-webapp -Dversion=1.3 -Dpackaging=war -Dfile=/path/to/file
-Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]
