Current Saxon-B 9.1.0.8 is not developing anymore, any bugfixes can be
incorporated into 9.3 and future versions only.
The migration would be not trivial, because the extension capabilities has been
changed and some packages has been renamed as well.
This change should be in sync with ServiceMix upgrades as well
