It seems this bug has already been fixed. I built WAR and JBI distros from
source and both contain ode-tools.jar with class files.
The bug should be closed and a fixed release provided so that novice users
don't stumble upon it as soon as they try the "hello world" example because of
a missing HttpSoapSender class.
