No, I wasn't upset - I was just trying to avoid confusion. The original purpose
of this issue and the attached patch was a simple consolidation of two css
files - nothing more. I was concerned that the "drastically changed" css file
attachment would cause confusion.
Yes, please post your improvements to this issue. I suppose the differences
between the original patch and your file have been commented on enough to keep
the two distinct.
Thank you for mentioning the licensing issues. I hadn't thought of that.
