For crmsfa, the main blocker for compat with ofbiz svn is the
refactoring of ShoppingCart addOrIncreaseItem. The simplest thing to

2 last arguments in for CrmsfaOrderEvents.java[181 and 275]
(not a blocker, trivial to change). I guess (did not revert my manual
changes in order to compile)

a build of the current opentaps SVN snapshots and OFBIZ and it all worked.
