I have noticed this problem too and will try to help you with it.
To everybody on this thread:
If you are creating a fix please update a patch file so that it can be applied.
It is very time consuming to walk through descriptive text like Iain Fogg's
above. Also we need to have the contribution be made with the "Grant
license..." button checked on as well.
