Anil,
In the case of the 'Auto Mechanic', I believe the employee 'Jon' would be
associated with either the workeffort in question, or the parent workeffort in
the role of CAL_OWNER or CAL_DELEGATE; in this case he would then have full
permission to edit that and any child workefforts. We could look at adding an
additional role type to this model, like the content permissions like
CAL_EDITOR. This way he doesn't have to be the owner or been delegated the
workeffort.
