I changed the license to the new one and all files' path to relatives. Please
check if it can pass.
I applied a new project in sourceforge.net: ofbiz-zh. I'll put all my
translated properties and manuals of OFBiz, OpenTap CRM and etc (OFBiz family
only) in this project.
I think it would be better if there's a function in application/content to
campare the differences between an English properties file and a Chinese one.
This will help me to catch up with the changes in English properties files. If
no one interested in this function, I'll create it.
