When creating "inter-app" links, the HtmlMenuRenderer, HtmlScreenRenderer and
HtmlTreeRenderer do not include the "externalLoginKey". Therefore the user has
to login when accessing such an application.
The attached Patch extends those classes to add that information automaticaly
if a link of type ="inter-app" is processed and it is not necessary to
explicitly add such functionality in forms etc.
