Seems to me you could do the following:
1. Export the table to xml
2. Drop the table
3. Start OFBiz - table recreated with new structure
4. Import xml data from #1

Jacques, since the field type of
CarrierShipmentBoxType.packagingTypeCode was changed from very-short to
id in r504996, you may need to alter the SQL type of that column in your
database, if it hasn't happened automatically.
