To the best of my understanding these two issues will are dealing with
different issues. The Checkout Refactoring issue is dealing with making the
checkout process modular by moving the controller code embedded in these files
into controller.xml file. In the refactoring process I don't intend rewrite any
code if its not required.
While this issue is about redoing these files in minilang.
