I don't know about Windows, but on LInux (using a corresponding configuration),
all OOTB, I observed the same thing with jdk 1.5, but with 1.4 I just had to
'modprobe usbtm' and then it got through the Loader without generating any
exceptions. Perhaps there is a usbtm service in Windows thst just needs to
be turned ON?
