Locale selection should show localized language string

The language selection dropdown in OfBiz is showing languages in the currently
selected language.
If I accidentally select Chinese as the interface language, I would have an
"interesting" time finding my way back to a language I am actually able to
understand because all the language names would be in Chinese!
