Bug in Creating OrderPaymentPreference Record from OrderView Screen

Hello,
In case when we complete the back order using "CreditCard" as payment method
and completes order then there is no problem.
But when we manually add new Credit Card in the created order then there is a
bug coming up on the OrderView screen.
I have also change the fetched value of "statusUserLogin" field in the
setOrderPaymentStatus method of OrderServices.java.
Attached patch will resolve this issue.
