Hi Julian, There isn't a screen in OFBiz to create new PaymentMethodTypes. For most people, the values in the seed data are OK.
You could use the Web Tools: https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/webtools/control/ViewGeneric?entityName=PaymentMethodType&enableEdit=true or you could import a value or values using the XML Import tool: https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/webtools/control/EntityImport This question is probably better on the user mailing list, dev is more for the development of the internals of OFBiz.
