The JIRA summary wall [1] is a convenient way to follow OFBiz
development activity.  IMO we should remove this information block and
recommend using JIRA Web Interface instead which doesn't have this
updated comment issue.  <notificati...@ofbiz.apache.org> should only be
mentioned as an alternative in “degraded” mode.

Thanks for your feedback Mathieu,

This info block relates to people using MLs to follow Jira progress. Using the summary could be an alternative indeed. Though I'm not sure everyone agree about that. Including myself, I'm an eager MLs user, but I have no problems with edited comments. So let's wait other feedbacks...
