I'm entering an order, 
but i see orderentry [common,cart] screens.xml, and didn't find (yet) 
orderentrycatalogscreen.xml.
most shameful (but frequent) on my part, is that I don't see how to finalize 
the order.
will i get, in the end, to orderentrycatalogscreen.xml#productdetail?
how should i proceed?
