Perhaps raise a corresponding ticket for discussion - https://issues.apache.org/jira/, or send a message to the mailing list - https://ofbiz.apache.org/mailing-lists.html This repository is intended for tools and scripts internal to the project. We do not currently use systemd so I don't see why we need the ofbiz.service file added here. I'll close this PR for now.
