We currently start the work to update the ofbiz release to support java
21 [1]. Jacques et Gaëtan already worked on it

Debian is quite slow in adopting new version and it influences a lot
of downstream projects (Ubuntu, etc).
Would be nice to keep OFBiz in sync with Debian and other popular
