Hello Ashish, I experienced the same issue a few nights ago (european timezone) but it was resolved the next morning.
This seems to have been a similar situation to yours, since the link is now available. In any case, switching to https is, in my opinion, a good idea, regardless of the underlining issue of the availability of the groovy-docs website.
