is there a place that explain these? I did not find them at the confluence site. It would seem that if we set the status of the ones that have patches to Patch Available. then the committers can review the patches. once reviewed it can be set to Patch Reviewed. which indicates it is ready to be committed.
so as a non committer, I would upload a patch then set the status to Patch Available.
