Patch for the issue. The places where I haven't used this service are:
getNextInvoiceId, getNextOrderId, getNextQuoteId services.
The "Accounting Preferences" screen now shows aggregated values and also if the
value is inherited or not.
I have changed all forms that were making queries to PartyAcctgPreference
entity - now organization parties are filtered by INTERNAL_ORGANIZATIO role.
