1). Removed entries for creating entity for SalesForecastDetail Entity as it is
committed.
2). FindForecast screen edited, Now its extending LookupFindForecast.
3).Removed EditSalesForecast Menu from from create sales forecast screen.
4).Changes In UiLabels.
5).SalesForecastId is now not shown in SalesForecastDetail page, Its there in
screenlet-title-bar.
6).Add Form for Sales Forecast Detail is now kept above List Sales forecast
Detail.
