Apache OFBiz Project Overview and workflow

I think we should update this page http://docs.ofbiz.org/display/OFBADMIN/Apache+OFBiz+Project+Overview regarding the Workflow and 
Rules section, and maybe even remove it completly ?

What do you think ?
