Jacopo, thanks for the commit.
The other applications that don't use common menu needs some more work. They
use ftl menu, or don't have "main" in the menu, or use tabButtonItem instead of
headerItem for selected-menuitem-context-field-name. I hope to find some time
to work on it soon.
