It is proposed to do this via the Customer request type. In this entity a partyId field needs to be added which can relate to the partyRelationship entity to create an employee group. Then it is possible to list all open customer requests for a certain party or partygroup member. If a customer request is processed, the logged in parson can be added to the customer request roles entity to indicate that fact.
