Hi Jacques,
1) The purpose of the phone created from One Page is kept as PRIMARY_PHONE,
this is the reason it does not appear by default in case of DemoCustomer.
2) Keeping state not required is a good option. I think this is how it was
implemented in other checkouts with states required only for USA and Canada.
This will require changes to Java Script and events in general. Thanks for
pointing out it - as we missed it completely.
