Are you saying that ARIA depends on another library that is GPL/LGPL licensed? 
If so, then we wouldn't want to use it as OFBiz would then depend on that 
library.

If you are just talking about them choosing to dual license it with both LGPL 
and MPL, then the license compatibility question doesn't matter. Copyright 
holders can choose to license things pretty much however they want.
