Account mgr should be included in SFA screens/dataset

Currently there is no association between an Account, Contact, Lead and
Opportunity and a Party that is in the role of Account Mgr. Including that
association in the screens in the SFA module would enhance the usability of the
module.
By default it should be set to the user that creates the party. It should also
be possible to re-assign the party to another users (employee)
In overview screens it should then be possible to show by default the parties
that are associated with the user. And/or swith/search for parties assigned to
another user/employee.
