Resolution: Fixed
This issue is very old and most of the changes has been covered after rev
755618 (for map-processor handling, url starting with component://).
The component:// style URL pattern has been handled in recent commits for
"map-processor" tag in simple method.
The same will be done for the entries present in the controller.xml files.
This needs some exploration and it will take some time.
So for now I am closing this issue.
