Initially I was thinking to put "Personal Choice" but somehow I missed to write
that.
I think we can do one thing(I will try to do this myself if I uploads the patch
in future)
We can add content details of the work that has been done and suffix the ofbiz
jira issue number to handle both the situation.
For example: ShowBillingAccountOnPartymgr_OFBIZ-2445.patch
