When registering a request in project manager application the description is

Fix For: Release Branch 9.04
When registering a request in project manager application the description is
not saved (all the description-text is lost).
Do the following steps:
1. Enter the Project manager application
2. Select "Request" from the menu
3. Add new request
4. Fill inn the form and write a text in the description field
5. Press submit
6. Open the request.
