A deposit transaction in financial account should have associated Payment, on
reading your comments I am not sure if you did so.
Financial Account reconciliation is in development. Once reconciliation process
is implemented, on commit of financial account reconciliation , reconciled
amount will be posted to linked glAccount. We are shooting for completing this
process in next week.
