Random idea.
Has anyone ever thought of adding an svn trigger to check for license
headers in the files just committed. We've got tools to do this
manually or at build time, but right at commit time for the files
added via an svn trigger seems like the sweet spot.
Note, not proposing commits get rejected unless they contain a header,
but something more akin to a report sent to the committer's
@apache.org address or the scm list or both that just points out there
are no headers on specific files.
Thoughts?
