I change find screen in SFA and form widget in framework.
1. change Leads/Contacts/Accounts find screen to use form widget and
performFind service.
2. add container tag in model form field for add external fields from ajax
request to exist form. See example, when change contact mech type field in find
form, specific contact mech form will be add to bottom.
3. add widget's property for define default option of text-find field
4. fix bug for using radio field.
