Sorry, I should have been more explicit. You have to take the survey
first - or if you have a coupon(which I gave out the code at the
conference), you can just enter that in on the landing page. Here is the

re: the password link. That is intentional. The only way you can get an
account is if you buy one of the books...When I get back to my office
