Actually, picking up the issues again after an extended break, I have decided
to move ahead as follows:
+ close the potentially duplicate JIRA issues -- DONE
+ review additions against latest release of CommonEntityLabels.xml (rev 893894)
+ include other UI label files underneath framework/common/config as well,
namely:
-- CommonErrorUiLabels.xml
-- CommonUiLables.xml
-- PrefErrorUiLables.xml
-- TemporalExpressionsUiLables.xml
CommonEntityLabels will also include the Industry-standard translations to DE
of the Points-of-Title-Transfer terms instead of "free translations".
