Actually it's maybe related to Toirtoise. I did not notice that, by default, it is putting files in the recyble bin before reverting.
Fortunately there is an option to not use the recyble bin, I will try that.

You probably are alone, revert has nothing to do with the svn server and is a 
local operation only.
