Jacques the images are missing :)
image location: Both images (heade_close_button.png, header_bg.gif) should
copied in the folders:
/themes/bizznestime/webapp/bizznestime/images/
/themes/bluelight/webapp/bluelight/images/
/themes/droppingcrumbs/webapp/droppingcrumbs/images/
/themes/flatgrey/webapp/flatgrey/
