I think I will commit the patch. But I will also add all needed
presentation="window" as far as I know. I just discovered another case, but
anyway there is a way to find almost (if not all) cases. Then we will have the
feature in trunk (and 10.0?) and we will get more help from users if we miss
some issues. Should be this weekend...
