I have commited your patch at r944797 in trunk, R10.04 at r944807. I will
now close this issue and will move our discussion above in the umbrella
issue.
I'm not quite sure we should restrain the tooltip length. It seems that in
modern browsers there are naly longer issues with that and with wider
screens it not an issue as well.
