the ball was rolling on offering to be a committer before this. your
comment was appreciated but did not influence what I wrote.
there are a couple of things I had offered to help on before this one,
but had not put then energy to offer directly.
I did read up on the process and understand it is a vote of the PMC.
Saying Goes if you don't offer you never get a Yes.
on the other hand my goal is to contribute some major pieces so if Jira
works that is ok also.

Was i was asking you to reconsider is providing an ICLA which you refused in
the past. Being a committer is still subject to a voting within the PMC.

I have many subtask under this one related to
the goal is to allow a business to use the data-model to create a business plan
and have Ofbiz monitory it giving alarms with something is done outside the
business plan.
Hopefully i have broken down the subtask so they can be emplimented
individually and any upgrade paths are accomplished.
Along the way will add support for the model were there is non now.
