Yes Sascha (as mentionned in a comment above) that's right for France, and be
carefull to add others without being sure it's needed. BTW I wonder why USA is
missing. I thought the idea was to add to already existing Countries with
states/province (like USA, AUS, CAN, etc.) the federations like UK (others
needed?)
