currently default-resource-name is a reference. was reading https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Field+Description+tooltip+help
So how about making it a value that can be used as the default. when an entity is referenced the labels in default-resource-name is added to the uiLabelMap this would let entities that are not in framework to point to their labels and not be in framework/common/config/CommonEntityLabels.xml ? also when new components are added through hot-deploy their default-resource-name is added.
