Jacques, As always, with my contributions I pursue the improvement of OFBiz and/or the workings of the project.
Wether this is a bug or an improvement is debatable. You are right in saying that this is not a technical bug. But it is from an endusers point of view as it can be regarded as a functionality bug. We provide the help button for projectmgr screens in releases since way back when, and when a enduser clicks it that and nothing applicable is returned then it is one. Fortunately we are in the position to include it in r11.04 as it hasn't been released yet to the public, and we can be pro-active on this.
