OFBiz Mailing List Bounces

I'm getting a lot of bounce warnings from the OFBiz mailing lists. That 
is unusual because I am subscribed to a number of non-OFBiz mailing 
lists and none of them are complaining.

Could we increase the retry count or whatever so the bounce warnings 
will stop?
