[Adrian remarked that *framework/base/lib/Tidy.jar* is maybe used by httpunit I
guess itself used by Selenium|http://markmail.org/message/ucfn72jti7hw64zu].
Since Selemnium should go also into Attic, it should not be a problem to have
removed it at r1340414.
