Fix the help screens of Manufacturing
By decree of Jacopo this fix will not be included in the upcoming release of
r11.04.01 slated to being made available to the public on May 15th, 2012. It
will also not be included as a fix in r10.04.
Removed polemic and inaccurate comment that was simply causing confusion.
