Currently in ofbiz a customer can add any number of quantity of a prodcut for a
single order from the ecommerce application. There is not any way to check or
restrict a customer to purchase only thet number of quantity the is a bussiness
is allowing to purchase in a single order. So privide facility to business to
configure the maximum purchasable quantity at store level.
